YoFWD was created to help people move forward when work and income change.
YoFWD is an initiative developed and operated by YUXTA, S.A., a company with an international presence and an economic, social and environmental triple-impact approach.
Why YoFWD exists.
A person is more than their current job title or profession. When work or income changes, immediate pressure comes with a larger strategic question: what can they do now, and what can they build next?
Traditional job matching does not always capture a person’s full capabilities, constraints, learning potential or market possibilities. YoFWD exists to help people understand what they can do, what they can learn, what matters in their situation and where those capabilities may create value.

YoFWD is developed and operated by YUXTA, S.A. YUXTA works with an economic, social and environmental triple-impact approach and operates in Latin America and Europe.
A significant part of its European activity is conducted through YUXTA Kft. This international perspective matters because labour markets, credentials, protections, income structures and opportunities differ across countries.
